Vibe 36 Give generously, receive graciously

The universe is all about balance. You’ve heard about it already. People call it ‘karma’ or ‘the law of cause and effect’. We’ve mentioned already that karma is the law that encourages us to be kind. And as we give out kindness, it comes back and kisses us.

Giving and receiving work like this too. As you give, you are making room in your life to receive. When you give to others graciously and without expectation, the universe needs to give to you. It’s so simple, but we find it hard to accept.

The path of a lightworker is a generous path. You give without needing to receive because that’s who you are. You are a light and it’s in your nature to give, but today you are being encouraged to receive.

The heart chakra is the space within you that represents kindness and altruism. It’s the part of you that wants to share with those you feel are in need. When you give graciously, your heart chakra opens up and shines brightly.

You know how good it is to give someone a gift (no matter the size) that you’ve put a lot of thought into and to see them enjoy it. You know how good it is to help someone out, even if it’s just offering a hand to someone at the train station struggling to get their luggage down the steps. It feels good to give.

But your heart chakra can become drained when you give too much. When this happens, you’ll get frustrated at yourself and feel that you can’t give any more. In order to maintain a sense of balance in your life, it is your spiritual duty to receive.
